Below is an explanation of all charges that will be required upon acceptance of membership.


The following initiation fee shall be payable at the acceptance of invitation:

  • Senior Members: $6,500
  • Associate Members: $2,500
  • Junior Members: $1,000
  • Non-Resident: $1,000

The following dues and service fees shall be paid monthly in advance:

  • Senior Members (ages 40+): $190, service fee $40
  • Associate Members (ages 30-39): $125, service fee $40
  • Junior Members (ages 21-29): $110, service fee $40

Non-Resident members shall pay dues of $600 per annum or a pro-rata part thereof for a part of a year. Persons coming to the Resident Area as often as once a week or residing four months of the year in the Resident Area cannot become or remain Non-Resident members. All service fees are in lieu of gratuity on dining room charges, with the exception of private banquet functions.


Each Senior Resident member shall be responsible for spending a minimum of $750 each calendar year for food and beverage, including banquet sales, apportioned as $375 semi-annually.

In the event that the member is a Senior Resident Member for less than a full half-year during any year, he shall be liable for spending a prorated amount based on the portion of such half-year that he is a Senior Resident Member. All Senior Resident Members who have not spent the requisite amount during any half-year shall pay the deficiency when billed for the same in the first statement of account (January and July) of the following half-year.
